Join us for a fun team outing to see Toy Story 5 on Tuesday, July 7, at 1:10 PM! Movie begins at 1:20pm. The swim team will provide tickets for all swimmers. Family members are welcome to join us, and we ask the younger children be accompanied by a parent. Please RSVP for your swimmer(s) only so we can reserve the correct number of team tickets. All RSVPs must be received by July 3. We hope your swimmers can join us for an afternoon of fun, laughs, and team camaraderie!

Cardboard Regatta

Happy Independence Day! You ready for the 5th Annual Cardboard Regatta? Make a boat ONLY using cardboard and duct tape. Paint, foam, and glue are NOT allowed. Prizes for the fastest boat, team spirit and the Titanic award. Park your boat by 4pm. Last years champion, Amy, has officially retired from competition. Who will be this year's winner? Come celebrate the day at the pool and enjoy the festivities! Hope to see everyone there!

- Front parking lot will be for Fairfield. SUV's and trucks please park in the backyard. Sedans can park at Levizos Realtor lot and the grassy area adjacent to that building.
- Swim hard and do you best! Everyone stays until the end with a closing cheer and handshakes.
- All families are expected to help put away swim meet equipment, clean up trash, chairs and umbrella's back where they belong. Picnic area also cleaned up and tables put back where they belong.
- Deadline to RSVP is Saturday, June 29 at 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.

Get Ready for Fun, Food, Music & LOTS of Swimming!This fun-filled fundraiser will take place during your swimmer's regular practice time, including evening practices. All swimmers are expected to participate as we come together to support our team and have an unforgettable time. Why is this event so important? Funds raised help provide:

- Team equipment maintenance and replacement
- 💙 Additional support for team programs and activities
This event is always a team favorite—a fun challenge for swimmers, great team spirit, and plenty of excitement throughout the day! 📧 Be sure to review the event details emailed to all parents on June 8. 🍳 Breakfast for Din-Din!All participants will enjoy breakfast after both morning and evening practices. Please RSVP by Saturday, June 20 by 12:00pm. - This meet is to promote the growth and development of swimming and is set up to allow the less experienced swimmer to compete as an individual at a level comparable to his or her own to generate experience needed to be competitive at a time trial meet. Swimmers must be 12 years old or younger with a cut off date, May 30, 2026.
- Swimmers must have a time slower than the qualifying times. The coaches have have a list of these qualifying times and will inform all swimmers who would benefit participating in this meet. Please be sure to RSVP for this meet no later than Saturday, June 20, 12:00pm.
- Admission to enter the meet: $1.00 for those over six year old. Programs are $1.00
- All participant families are expected to clean up their area where the team sits together. Please use the trash bags provided.

- Limited parking in their lot. Please park in the neighborhood behind the pool. Towing will incur if you park in the bank parking lots.
- Be sure to bring your team suit, goggles, cap, couple of towels, and some warm clothes.
- Canopies are encouraged as there is little shade on our side of the pool.
- All families are expected to clean up our area and chairs put away the way you found them. Please be sure you are bringing home all of your belongings.
- Deadline to RSVP by Thursday, June 25 at 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.
- Lineup will be posted on SwimTopia by Friday at noon.

Skyline & Picture Day

All 10U families please arrive by 7:30am to help set up the pool. Snack Bar workers, please arrive no later than 7:30am to help set up the snack bar. - RSVP by Thursday, June 18 at 12:00 p.m. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.
- Lineups will be posted Friday by noon.
- Bring all gear, label everything, and take it home after the meet.
- MV swimmers should sit together on the new stone deck. MV parents should sit alongside the building. Visiting teams should sit on the side closest to the stone deck.
- Lineups will be posted on the fence behind the diving board. Bring a pen or Sharpie to write your swimmer’s events on their arm for easy reference.
- When not swimming, all swimmers should remain on the stone deck. Older swimmers will help younger swimmers get to the ready bench so no one misses an event. Please do not hang out in the bathrooms, snack bar, or backyard during the meet.
- Show good sportsmanship at all times. Cheer for teammates and opponents alike with positive comments, smiles, and high-fives.
- ALL FAMILIES are expected to clean up; return all chairs, tables, and umbrellas to their proper places and pick up any trash, including in the picnic area.
