- Everyone else arrive by 5:00pm for the team photo. We need to squeeze this in before warm-ups and start the meet on time. Please wear your team suit or plain black suit for the photo.

- Meet theme - Neon! Which age group will wear the most neon?
- Bring all of your gear and be sure to bring it home.
- All MV families are expected to clean up trash, put away meet equipment, and put chairs and umbrellas back where they belong.

Movie Night for Swim Team (Sleepover Cancelled)

Movie is still on but sleepover is cancelled, due to not enough campers and no chaperones. Please see your email to vote for which movie the kids would like to watch. Bring your floats! Be sure to RSVP please.

- Meet theme - Calling all Superhero's! Report to the pool. It's time to show off all of your super powers.
- Everyone else please arrive by 8:15am and check-in with the coach at the front desk
- Warm-up at 8:30 sharp.
- Swim hard and do you best! Everyone stays until the end with a closing cheer and handshakes.
- All families are expected to help put away swim meet equipment, clean up trash, chairs and umbrella's back where they belong. Picnic area also cleaned up and tables put back where they belong.
- Pool opens to members at 12:00pm.

- Everyone arrive by 5:15pm and check-in with the coach at the entrance. Warm-up at 5:30 sharp.
- Meet theme - Red, White and Blue! Don't put away the 4th of July stuff yet! Keep the sparklers at home.
- We sit along the side next to the deep end. There is a large yard behind our seating area. All swimmers are expected to NOT run around in this area but to cheer for your teammates instead.
- Bring all of your gear and get ready for a tough meet. They beat us by only 4 points last year and Coach Joey would LOVE to beat them this year. Relay races are always the best.
- All MV families are expected to clean up our area and put their chairs back the way you found it before leaving.

No Practice - Cardboard Regatta
Happy Independence Day! Don't forget about the Cardboard Regatta! Make a boat only using cardboard and duct tape, paint is NOT allowed. Prizes for the fastest boat, team spirit and the Titanic award. Park your boat by 4pm. Come celebrate the day at the pool and enjoy the festivities! Hope to see everyone there!

Whale- A-Thon and Breakfast

Get ready for fun, food, music and lots of swimming! This will be held during regular practice times for your age group. All swimmers are expected to participate. This fundraiser helps provide end of season awards, help maintain and replace equipment, and more. Look in your whale mailbox for more details at a later date. Plus it's a lot of fun and a
great challenge for the kids.

- Parking will be limited. If you park in front of someone's house, please be respectful to their property.
- Please arrive by 5:15pm and check-in with the coach at the entrance. All swimmers sit as a team.
- Meet theme - 80's! Who will wear leg warmers and who will wear shorts over their sweats?
- Be sure to bring cap, goggles, team t-shirt, sweatshirt and pants, and a couple of towels.
- It will be close to dark at the end of the meet; be sure to collect all of your belongings.
- All families are expected to clean up all trash and put chairs back the way you found them.

- Be sure to mark your swimmer(s) declared or undeclared to indicate they will or will not be attending the meet NO LATER than 6/23 by noon.
- All 13 & over families please arrive by 8:00am to help setup for the meet.
- Everyone else arrive by 8:15am and check-in with the coach standing at the entrance by the front desk.
- Meet theme - Aloha! Let's see some grass skirts, Hawaiian shirts, and your very best Dollar Store lei's!
- Warm-up at 8:30 sharp.
- Parents and spectators sit in chairs along the same side as the building while swimmers hang out as a team on the upper deck.
- Bring caps, goggles, team t-shirt, suit, at least 2 towels, sweatshirt, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Be sure to write your name on everything!
- Please stay to the end of the meet and cheer for the team even if your swimmer has completed their events. A team cheer and handshakes will wrap up the meet.
- All families are expected to help breakdown the meet equipment along with putting chairs and umbrellas back where they belong.
- The pool will be open to our members by 12:00pm.

Fun Friday - Water Gun Knock Out

All swimmers present & attending practice will have their names entered into a drawing by age group and the winners will compete to see who can knock all the cups off their favorite coaches’ heads first. Each swimmer will get to pick 2 coaches and the cups will be filled with water.
