Warm-up: 5:30 PM
End: 8:30 PM (estimated)
  • Parking will be limited.  If you park in front of someone's house, please be respectful to their property.  
  • Please arrive by 5:15pm and check-in with the coach at the entrance.  All swimmers sit as a team.  
  • Meet theme - 80's!  Who will wear leg warmers and who will wear shorts over their sweats?  
  • Be sure to bring cap, goggles, team t-shirt, sweatshirt and pants, and a couple of towels. 
  • It will be close to dark at the end of the meet; be sure to collect all of your belongings. 
  • All families are expected to clean up all trash and put chairs back the way you found them.

Let’s go to the movies!  All swimmers and parents are welcome to join the coaches at the theatre as a team.  We are going to see “Elemental” at Main Street Movies 5 at 12:50pm. The link to reserve tickets is HERE.

Warm-up: 8:30 AM
End: 12:00 PM (estimated)
  • Be sure to mark your swimmer(s) declared or undeclared to indicate they will or will not be attending the meet NO LATER than 6/23 by noon. 
  • All 13 & over families please arrive by 8:00am to help setup for the meet. 
  • Everyone else arrive by 8:15am and check-in with the coach standing at the entrance by the front desk.
  • Meet theme  - Aloha!  Let's see some grass skirts, Hawaiian shirts, and your very best Dollar Store lei's!
  • Warm-up at 8:30 sharp.  
  • Parents and spectators sit in chairs along the same side as the building while swimmers hang out as a team on the upper deck.  
  • Bring caps, goggles, team t-shirt, suit, at least 2 towels, sweatshirt, sunscreen, and a water bottle.  Be sure to write your name on everything!  
  • Please stay to the end of the meet and cheer for the team even if your swimmer has completed their events.  A team cheer and handshakes will wrap up the meet.  
  • All families are expected to help breakdown the meet equipment along with putting chairs and umbrellas back where they belong.  
  • The pool will be open to our members by 12:00pm.

Fun Friday - Water Gun Knock Out
Start: 9:00 AM
End: 11:30 AM

All swimmers present & attending practice will have their names entered into a drawing by age group and the winners will compete to see who can knock all the cups off their favorite coaches’ heads first. Each swimmer will get to pick 2 coaches and the cups will be filled with water.

  • Swimmers please arrive by 5:15pm and check in with a coach.  Warm-ups will begin at 5:30.  
  • Meet theme - MV Spirit Wear.  Wear your awesome new tie dye team shirt and any MV spirit wear!
  • Be sure to bring your team suit, goggles, cap, couple of towels, and some warm clothes.  
  • All families are expected to clean up our area and chairs put away the way you found them.  Please be sure you are bringing home all of your belongings.

Drink Donation Due

We kindly request each family to donate drinks for our snack bar held during all home swim meets. Thank you very much!

Last name A-M: 1 case ea of soda and seltzer flavored water 

Last name N-Z: 1 case ea of Gatorade and bottled water

All cases will be stored neatly in the First Aid shed.

*EDIT: Tuesday 6/13 practice 6-7 has been canceled.  Coaches have a mandatory meeting with Suburban Swim League. 

Evening practices are offered if a swimmer is unable to make morning practice or would like more training time.  Two lanes will be roped off for all age groups to attend.  Not recommended for Baby Whales.
