Thu Jul 3 2025	Make-Up Time Trial for Cancelled Meet Skyline Pool Start: 9:00 AM End: 11:00 AM (estimated) Because Monday's meet against Skyline was cancelled due to weather, they have graciously invited us back to their pool for an unofficial meet to get official times. There will not be practice at MV in the morning. This unofficial meet is giving your swimmers another opportunity to improve previous times or receive an official time in an event they have yet to swim. All swimmers must have an official time in order to swim that event in Time Trials held in two weeks. Evening practice is still on 6-7:30pm.
Mon Jun 30 2025	Skyline (Monday Night) Skyline Swim Club, 2901 Skyline Dr, Wilmington, DE 19808 Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:30 PM End: 8:30 PM Monday night meet because of the holiday. Meet theme: Patriotic. Wear anything red, white and blue! Everyone arrive by 5:15pm and check in with the coach at the gate. Warm-up at 5:30. This pool has little shade, feel free to bring canopy's. Proper behavior is expected by swimmers and parents. Swimmers need to sit as a team and cheer for their teammates. All MV families are expected to pick up all trash and belongings before leaving. All chairs and umbrellas need to be put back as you found them. Deadline to RSVP is Saturday, June 28 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending. Line-up will be posted on SwimTopia by Sunday 4pm.
Sun Jun 29 2025	Stars & Stripes Meet 12 & Under Oaklands Swim Club, 301 Hillside Rd, Newark, DE 19717 Start: 8:30 AM Warm-up: 7:30 AM End: 12:00 PM Please RSVP by Saturday, June 21 by 12:00pm. This meet is to promote the growth and development of swimming and is set up to allow the less experienced swimmer to compete as an individual at a level comparable to his or her own to generate experience needed to be competitive at a time trial meet. Swimmers must be 12 years old or younger with a cut off date, May 30, 2025. Swimmers must have a time slower than the qualifying times. The coaches have have a list of these qualifying times and will inform all swimmers who would benefit participating in this meet. Please be sure to RSVP for this meet no later than Saturday, June 21, 12:00pm. Admission to enter the meet: $1.00 for those over six year old. Programs are $1.00 All participant families are expected to clean up their area where the team sits together. Please use the trash bags provided.
Sat Jun 28 2025	Oakwood Valley, PICTURE DAY, 8U Pool Set Up at Maple Valley Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 8:15 AM End: 12:00 PM 8U please arrive at 7:30 am to set up for the meet. Everyone else please arrive no later than 7:55am for the team photo. Please wear black team suit. If you do not have a team suit, please wear your 2025 tie dye shirt. Warm-up 8:15 sharp Snack Bar donation sign-up click here. Meet Theme: Spirit Day - wear all of your MV gear. All families are expected to clean up and set up the pool for the members for opening. Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, June 26 at 12:00pm. Line up will be posted on SwimTopia by Friday 4pm.
Fri Jun 27 2025	Morning Practice Rescheduled to 4:15-5:30pm Start: 4:15 PM End: 5:30 PM Due to pool maintenance on Friday morning, practice will be rescheduled to 4:15–5:30 PM. Good news—you can sleep in 💤 or make the kids clean their rooms! Thank you for your flexibility!
Thu Jun 26 2025	Whale A Thon & Breakfast at Maple Valley Get ready for fun, food, music and lots of swimming! This will be held during regular practice times for your pod group including evening practice. All swimmers are expected to participate. This very important fundraiser helps provide end of season awards, help maintain and replace equipment, and more. Please find the details in the email sent to all parents on 6/12. It's a lot of fun and a great challenge for the kids. Breakfast will be provided for all participants after morning and evening practices. That means breakfast for din-din!
Wed Jun 25 2025	Arundel 10U&12U Pool Set Up at Maple Valley Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:15 PM End: 8:30 PM All 10U-12U families please arrive by 4:30pm to help setup the pool. Snack Bar donation sign-up click here Meet theme: Neon Day Everyone else please arrive by 5:00 pm and check-in with the coach at the front desk Warm-up at 5:15 sharp. Swim hard and do you best! Everyone stays until the end with a closing cheer and handshakes. All families are expected to help put away swim meet equipment, clean up trash, chairs and umbrella's back where they belong. Picnic area also cleaned up and tables put back where they belong. Deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 23 at 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending. Line-up will be posted on SwimTopia on Tuesday at 4pm.
Tue Jun 24 2025	Parent Meeting - Time Trials, Important at Maple Valley Start: 6:15 PM End: 7:15 PM Here we go! First Time Trials meeting happening at the pool during evening practice. We are hosting the 11-12yo Time Trials on Tuesday, 7/15. We need help from all of our swim team families. There are important factors to run this meet well as this will benefit our swim team and give great exposure to our awesome pool. We can expect approximately 190 swimmers in the league and their families. Meeting topics we will be discussing, but not limited to: Parking, Volunteers, Snack Bar & Hospitality, Sponsorships & Advertising We realize everyone is busy, so we appreciate everyone who takes the time to attend this meeting. Thank You!

Warm up at 8:30am Be sure to bring your team suit, goggles, cap, couple of towels, and some warm clothes. All families are expected to clean up our area and chairs put away the way you found them. Please be sure you are bringing home all of your belongings. Deadline to RSVP by Thursday, June 19 at 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending. Lineup will be posted on Swimtopia by Friday, June 20 at 4pm.
Wed Jun 18 2025	Crestmoor Crestmoor Swim Club, 640 W Summit Ave, Wilmington, DE 19804 Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:30 PM End: 8:30 PM (estimated) Everyone arrive by 5:15pm and check-in with the coach at the entrance. Warm-up at 5:30 sharp. We sit along the side next to the deep end. There is a large yard behind our seating area. All swimmers are expected to NOT run around in this area but to cheer for your teammates instead. Proper behavior is expected by all swimmers no matter at the ready bench, bathrooms, and behind the blocks. All MV families are expected to clean up our area and put their chairs back the way you found it before leaving. Deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 16 by 12:00pm. If you miss the deadlines coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending. Line-up will be posted on SwimTopia by Tuesday 4pm.
Fri Jun 13 2025	Fun Friday Practices - All Pods Start: 9:30 AM End: 11:00 AM Every Friday, practices will be held from 9:30-11:00am for all swimmers(pods). Coaches will start with warm-up but will finish with games.
Thu Jun 12 2025	Drink Donations Due Store in First Aid Shed We kindly request each family donate drinks for our snack bar held during all home swim meets. All donations are greatly appreciated. Last name A-H: 1 case each of water and soda. Either Coke, Dr.Pepper, Sprite, Diet Coke, or Orange. Only these specific flavors and no store name beverages, please. Last name I-Z: 1 case each of water and 20oz only bottles of Gatorade. Please place your donations neatly inside the First Aid shed.
