Coaches will post event requests the first week in July and will be due by Friday, July 4 at 12:00pm.

Swimmers 8 & under will swim up to (3) events. All swimmers are expected to participate as this gives them an excellent opportunity to swim against the other teams in the league. We see many swimmers do their best times because it is an exciting meet.

We are required to provide (2) volunteers for this meet. A Sign-Up Genius will be posted or linked here. Volunteers can work the first half or second half of the meet.

Entry Fees: (competing swimmers free)

• Ages 10 & Over, with program: $3.00
• Ages 6-10, no program: $1.00
• Ages 6 & Under: Free
• Extra Program(s): $2.00 ea.
• General Admission w/out program: $2.00

• A canopy will be set up in the field for our team. Parents and swimmers bring chairs and a canopy if you have one, and plan to sit with the swimmers. There will be chairs by the pool to watch your swimmers race.

Any swimmers who place in the top 16 in that event will advance to Championships on 7/21.

Swimmers may be dropped off at the front entrance of the pool. Following parking attendants instructions.

TIMERS NEEDED - Please sign up on the signup genius so the league is aware that all jobs are accounted for.

• All 6U families please arrive by 4:30 pm to help setup for the meet.

• Everyone else arrive by 5:00pm and check in with the coach at the gate.
• Warm-up 5:15 sharp. 
• Bring all of your gear and be sure to bring it home.
• All MV families are expected to clean up trash, put away meet equipment, and put chairs and umbrellas back where they belong.
• Deadline to RSVP is Monday, July 7 at 12pm.  If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.
• Line up will be posted on Tuesday, July 8 at 4pm.  

Third time is a charm, right? 

• All 13 & up families please arrive by 7:45am to help set up the pool. 
• Everyone else arrive by 8:00am and check-in with the coach at the entrance.

• Warm-up at 8:15am
• Bring all of your gear, write names on everything, and be sure to bring everything home.
• MV swimmers sit on the upper deck as a team.  MV parents sit along side the building.  Visiting teams sit on the side closest to the upper deck. (I realize this doesn't make sense, but it has been a rule for 65 yrs)
• The line-up will be posted on the fence behind the diving board.  Bring a pen or sharpie to write your swimmers events on their arm for quick reference.  
• All swimmers need to stay on the upper deck when they are not swimming.  Older swimmers will help the younger/new swimmers to the ready bench so no one misses their event.  Children should not be hanging out in the bathrooms, snack bar or backyard during the meet.  
• All MV parents and swimmers are expected to show sportsmanship to not only the visiting team, but also our own teammates.  Cheer for everyone, high fives, smiles, and positive comments always.   
• All MV families are expected to put chairs, tables, and umbrellas back where they belong, pick up trash including the picnic area. 
• Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, July 3, at 12:00pm.  If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.

• This meet is to promote the growth and development of swimming and is set up to allow the less experienced swimmer to compete as an individual at a level comparable to his or her own to generate experience needed to be competitive at a time trial meet. Swimmers must be 12 years old or younger with a cut off date, May 30, 2025.
• Swimmers must have a time slower than the qualifying times. The coaches have have a list of these qualifying times and will inform all swimmers who would benefit participating in this meet. Please be sure to RSVP for this meet no later than Saturday, June 21, 12:00pm.
• Admission to enter the meet: $1.00 for those over six year old. Programs are $1.00 
• All participant families are expected to clean up their area where the team sits together.  Please use the trash bags provided.
