Arundel 10U&12U Pool Set Up
at Maple Valley
Start: 6:00 PM
Warm-up: 5:15 PM
End: 8:30 PM
  • All 10U-12U families please arrive by 4:30pm to help setup the pool.
  • Snack Bar donation sign-up click here
  • Meet theme: Neon Day
  • Everyone else please arrive by 5:00 pm and check-in with the coach at the front desk
  • Warm-up at 5:15 sharp.
  • Swim hard and do you best! Everyone stays until the end with a closing cheer and handshakes.
  • All families are expected to help put away swim meet equipment, clean up trash, chairs and umbrella's back where they belong. Picnic area also cleaned up and tables put back where they belong.
  • Deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 23 at 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.
  • Line-up will be posted on SwimTopia on Tuesday at 4pm.

Parent Meeting - Time Trials, Important
at Maple Valley

Here we go!  First Time Trials meeting happening at the pool during evening practice.  We are hosting the 11-12yo Time Trials on Tuesday, 7/15.  We need help from all of our swim team families.  There are important factors to run this meet well as this will benefit our swim team and give great exposure to our awesome pool.  We can expect approximately 190 swimmers in the league and their families. Meeting topics we will be discussing, but not limited to:

Parking, Volunteers, Snack Bar & Hospitality, Sponsorships & Advertising

We realize everyone is busy, so we appreciate everyone who takes the time to attend this meeting.

Warm-up: 8:30 AM
End: 12:00 PM
  • Everyone arrive by 8:15am sharp and check in with a coach at the gate.
  • Warm up at 8:30am
  • Be sure to bring your team suit, goggles, cap, couple of towels, and some warm clothes.
  • All families are expected to clean up our area and chairs put away the way you found them. Please be sure you are bringing home all of your belongings. 
  • Deadline to RSVP by Thursday, June 19 at 12:00pm. If you miss the deadline, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending.
  • Lineup will be posted on Swimtopia by Friday, June 20 at 4pm.

Crestmoor Swim Club, 640 W Summit Ave, Wilmington, DE 19804
Start: 6:00 PM
Warm-up: 5:30 PM
End: 8:30 PM (estimated)
  • Everyone arrive by 5:15pm and check-in with the coach at the entrance. Warm-up at 5:30 sharp.
  • We sit along the side next to the deep end. There is a large yard behind our seating area. All swimmers are expected to NOT run around in this area but to cheer for your teammates instead.
  • Proper behavior is expected by all swimmers no matter at the ready bench, bathrooms, and behind the blocks.  
  • All MV families are expected to clean up our area and put their chairs back the way you found it before leaving.
  • Deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 16 by 12:00pm. If you miss the deadlines coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will not be attending. 
  • Line-up will be posted on SwimTopia by Tuesday 4pm.

Fun Friday Practices - All Pods
Start: 9:30 AM
End: 11:00 AM

Every Friday, practices will be held from 9:30-11:00am for all swimmers(pods).  Coaches will start with warm-up but will finish with games.

Drink Donations Due
Store in First Aid Shed

We kindly request each family donate drinks for our snack bar held during all home swim meets. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Last name A-H: 1 case each of water and soda.  Either Coke, Dr.Pepper, Sprite, Diet Coke, or Orange. Only these specific flavors and no store name beverages, please.  

Last name I-Z: 1 case each of water and 20oz only bottles of Gatorade.  

Please place your donations neatly inside the First Aid shed.

Tie Dye T-shirt Day After AM&PM Practice!
Start: 9:00 AM
End: 11:30 AM

Bring your prepared team tshirts (with the plastic bag) to practice.  When your swimmers practice is finished, they will go to the picnic area to dye their tshirts.  Adults will be there to help.  Make sure your swimmers name is on the tshirt because they can all look the same sitting on a table during a meet.  

  • Dying will also take place after Thursday evening practice.
    • 6-6:45pm Baby Whales and Orca
    • 6-7:30pm Humpback, Beluga, and Killer Whales
  • All supplies will be provided by the team.
  • If your swimmer is not able to attend either practice this day, drop off your prepared tshirt at the pool earlier that week and someone will dye it for you.  
  • This is the only day dying tshirts will take place.

  • 10:30-11:30am  Orca and Humpback Whales

Every Friday (June 13-July11)

  • 9:30-11:00am All swimmers, All pods

Practice times will be adjusted July 14 - July18 for Time Trials.

Warm-up will begin at 6:00pm.  Coaches will organize all swimmers in events to get times for reference.  We will use the starter for each event.  We will need 5 timers.
