Tue Jul 16 2024	Time Trials 8&U Nottingham Swim Club 200 Radcliffe Dr, Newark, DE 19711 Start: 5:30 PM Warm-up: 4:15 PM End: 8:00 PM (estimated) Warm-up and Start Time are pending. Coaches will post event requests around the first week in July. Swimmers 8 & under will swim up to (3) events. All swimmers are expected to participate as this gives them an excellent opportunity to swim against the other teams in the league. We see many swimmers do their best times because it is an exciting meet. We are required to provide (2) volunteers for this meet.* A Sign-Up Genius will be posted or linked here. Volunteers can work the first half or second half of the meet. Entry Fees: (competing swimmers free) Ages 10 & Over, with program: $3.00 Ages 6-10, no program: $1.00 Ages 6 & Under: Free Extra Program(s): $2.00 ea. General Admission w/out program: $2.00 Cash Only A canopy will be set up in the field. Parents and swimmers bring chairs and a canopy if you have one, and plan to sit with the swimmers. There will be chairs by the pool to watch your swimmers race. Any swimmers who place in the top 16 in that event will advance to Championships on 7/20. Swimmers may be dropped off at the front entrance of the pool. Following parking attendants instructions. Sat Jul 13 2024	Home Sherwood Park 13&Up Set Up Maple Valley Pool Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 8:15 AM End: 12:00 PM (estimated) All families arrive at 7:45am to help set up for the meet. Meet Theme: MVST Spirit wear Warm-up at 8:15 am. We will have senior recognition during half-time to wish them well in their future endeavors. Everyone is expected to help break down equipment, clean up the pool, and put chairs and umbrellas back ready for members. Deadline to RSVP will be Thursday, July 11 at 12:00pm.

Thu Jul 4 2024	No Practice - Cardboard Regatta Maple Valley Pool Happy Independence Day! You ready for the 3rd Annual Cardboard Regatta? Make a boat only using cardboard and duct tape, paint, foam, and glue are NOT allowed. Prizes for the fastest boat, team spirit and the Titanic award. Park your boat by 4pm. Come celebrate the day at the pool and enjoy the festivities! Hope to see everyone there!
Tue Jul 2 2024	Away at Penn Acres Penn Acres Swim Club, 30 Fithian Dr, New Castle, DE 19720 Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:30 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) TUESDAY MEET because of the holiday. Meet Theme: Patriotic - sport everything red, white, and blue! Everyone please arrive at 5:15pm for warm-up at 5:30. This pool has no shade. Feel free to bring canopies. Everyone is expected to leave with all of their belongings and to dispose of all trash. Deadline to RSVP will be Sunday, June 30 at 12:00pm.
Sun Jun 30 2024	Stars & Stripes Meet 12 & Under Oaklands Swim Club, 301 Hillside Rd, Newark, DE 19717 Start: 8:30 AM Warm-up: 7:30 AM End: 12:00 PM (estimated) Please RSVP by 6/22. This meet is to promote the growth and development of swimming and is set up to allow the less experienced swimmer to compete as an individual at a level comparable to his or her own to generate experience needed to be competitive at a time trial meet. Swimmers must be 12 years old or younger with a cut off date, May 30, 2024. Swimmers must have a time slower than the qualifying times. The coaches have have a list of these qualifying times and will inform all swimmers who would benefit participating in this meet. Please be sure to RSVP for this meet no later than Saturday, June 22. Admission to enter the meet: $1.00 for those over six year old. Programs are $1.00
Sat Jun 29 2024	Home Arundel PICTURE DAY, 6U-8U Setup at Maple Valley Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 8:15 AM End: 12:00 PM (estimated) 6U & 8U please arrive at 8:00am to set up for the meet. Everyone else please arrive no later than 8:15am for the team photo. Please wear black team suit. If you do not have a team suit, please wear your 2024 tie dye shirt. Meet Theme: Halloween. Face paint is not allowed and costumes are not allowed in the team photo. Warm-up 8:30 sharp All families are expected to clean up and set up the pool for the members for opening. Deadline to RSVP is Wednesday, June 27 at 12:00pm.
Thu Jun 27 2024	Whale A Thon, Breakfast & Individual Photo Maple Valley Pool Start: 9:00 AM End: 11:30 AM Get ready for fun, food, music and lots of swimming! This will be held during regular practice times for your age group. All swimmers are expected to participate. This important fundraiser helps provide end of season awards, help maintain and replace equipment, and more. An email with details was sent to all parents on 6/17. It's a lot of fun and a great challenge for the kids. For those who were not able to attend the previous photo session on 6/21, swimmers will have their individual photo taken today by the pool. Be sure to wear your team suit* (or all black suit). If you do not have a team suit, please wear your new 2024 tie-dye. This photo is in conjunction of the team photo on Saturday, 6/29 before the meet. This will all work out around the tons of swimming they will be doing. Busy day!
Wed Jun 26 2024	Home Crestmoor 13&Up Set Up at Maple Valley Start: 5:30 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM End: 8:30 PM (estimated) All 13 & Up families please arrive by 4:00pm to help setup for the meet. Meet Theme: None. Keep your extra goodies at home. *Everyone else arrive by 4:45pm. This time has been moved up due to the expected storms. Warm-up 5:00 sharp. Only 10 mins long. Bring all of your gear and be sure to bring it home. All MV families are expected to clean up trash, put away meet equipment, and put chairs and umbrellas back where they belong. Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, June 24 at 12:00pm.

Meet theme - Everyone arrive by 8:15am and check-in with the coach at the entrance. Warm-up at 8:30am Bring all of your gear and be sure to bring everything back. All MV families are expected to pick up trash and put the chairs back where you found them. Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, June 21 at 12:00pm.
